Born and raised in Himeji, Japan, Chef Yoko was influenced by the elegance and precision of her country’s rich food culture from an early age. She honed her skills at the renowned Tokyo Sushi Academy, Japan’s first professional school for sushi chefs, where she mastered the traditional techniques of sushi preparation and the refined artistry of her craft.

With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, Yoko transforms sushi-making into a creative and inspiring experience. In this hands on course, you'll learn time honored techniques, discover the beauty of fresh ingredients, and roll your own delicious sushi guided by her expertise, precision, and artistic passion.
